Regional Bureau Level

We use the Regional Bureau score for the survey and the training.

For PSEAH Survey, we use average score across all COs.

For Action plans, its % of COs that have completed.

Central Bureau Level

Only two elements:

  1. Inclusion Survey (60%)

  2. Mandatory Training (40%)

Same methodology as CO for these two, just different weights as there are fewer sub-indicators.
