• Has your Country Office informed local populations of how to report SEA… (eIRF, focal points)

• Has your Country Office identified local victim/survivor support mechanisms (medical, psychosocial, legal, etc.)

Color coding for subindicators:

Inclusion survey:

• Green: ≥80

• Yellow: ≥70

• Red: <70

PSEAH survey:

• Green: ≥80

• Yellow: ≥60

• Red: <60

Mandatory training:

• Green: ≥95

• Yellow: >90

• Red: <90

Regional Bureau Level

We use the Regional Bureau score for the survey and the training.

For PSEAH Survey, we use average score across all COs.

For Action plans, its % of COs that have completed.

Central Bureau Level

Only two elements:

1. Inclusion Survey (60%)

2. Mandatory Training (40%)

Same methodology as CO for these two, just different weights as there are fewer sub-indicators.
